A. 조모(甲), 부친(乙), 자녀(丙) 순으로 재상속된 토지가 2021.5.4. 전에 사업인정고시된 사업에 따라 협의매수 또는 수용되는 경우로서 부친(乙)의 해당 토지 취득일이 사업인정고시일부터 2년 내인 경우, 해당 토지는 ‘취득일이 사업인정고시일부터 2년 이전인 토지’에 해당하지 아니하는 것임
